On-site support.
The benefits of on-site support are particularly valuable in the early period of a system's implementation when client demand for support or changes is heaviest. This can then evolve into the more economical remote support option as the need for system changes drops.

Clients can then manage down support costs progressively as the system stabilises and up-scale costs efficiently when occasional bursts of activity are required to adapt the system to process, environment change, or changing user needs.

A motivated team
Where a client has a number of systems requiring support, a small on-site team can be provided equipped with the requisite skill-set. Personnel are rotated to ensure that the skills match evolving requirements, and the level of resource can be changed as workload dictates. Fresh and highly motivated, the team is dedicated to deliver value for the client.
