Graduate IT Consultants

We help clients to solve their business intelligence problems with technology, so we need graduates who are numerate and interested in IT and business. 

We deploy small teams who work closely together and with clients so we need people who are good at taking responsibility, building relationships and earning trust.

Location will be Princeton, NJ or Plymouth Meeting, PA. There is also a need to travel to client offices and our offices in the UK and India, so you will need to be prepared to undertake business travel.

How do I apply and what happens next?

If your application is successful, you will be invited to interview with our consultants.

If you pass this initial interview you will then be invited to attend one of our assessment centers in Princeton, NJ.  The assessment center will involve a group exercise, an individual exercise where you will be required to consider a case study, a role play exercise and finally a second interview.  You will also have a chance to learn more about us and meet some of the people who work for us.

After the assessment center we will be in touch to let you know whether or not you have been successful.

On-campus recruiting will take place between October 8th and 19th, and assessment centers will be held beginning November 1st.
