As part of Thorogood India, the largest of our three units, you will form the back bone of our organization. You will find yourself amongst the brightest minds in the company who have had the experience of solving the toughest of our clients’ problems. You will be expected to take on high impact roles early in your career but will be given the necessary grounding that will help accelerate this transition. In addition to developing yourself as a consultant, you will also be given ample opportunities to grow your inter-personal and leadership skills by getting involved in various other activities such as Recruitments, Marketing etc., thus playing an influential role in leading a niche firm into a bright future.

What our consultants enjoy the most?

Our consultants love travelling. They fit right into Thorogood and the global nature of our business like at no other place.  They are often ‘required’ to travel on work to different countries on stints ranging from a few days up to even a year. Consultants may also be given the opportunity to work for our UK office on a long term basis to enhance their skill set and further their career at Thorogood.
Our consultants understand the ‘all work and no play’ concept and make full use of the corporate membership to Bangalore’s finest fitness club to keep themselves in shape after a tiring day. The regular ‘Fun at Work’ activities are very popular - but not as treasured as the two minute walk to the many hangouts on Brigade Road for a great Friday meal to top off an exciting work week.

Pay & Benefits

Thorogood pays at the 90% percentile and is a regular recruiter at many top colleges including Anna University,  NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal, PSG etc.  Deemed as a ‘dream company’ at all top campuses over the years because of the nature of our work, the pay package and the benefits we offer, we were the first company to recruit from over 10 top universities in the country last year.
We also offer final semester internships with best of industry stipends to candidates who are offered a job with us.

Who is your neighbor likely to be?

Our consultants are graduates and post graduates from some of the country’s most prestigious institutes such as NITK Surathkal, Anna University, PSG Tech, NIT Trichy, IIIT B etc. Since we make sure that candidates are a right fit to the company culture, you will, in all likelihood, find a like-minded individual beside you.  Not just highly numerate and analytical with good planning and organization skills and high initiative, but they are great fun as well.
